Due to age I must sell my Mason 44 sailboat Eclipse. This is a beautiful and very clean sailboat, both inside and out. This boat is unusual in that it never has had teak decks and was built with minimum exterior teak. The bottom does not have any blisters or growth. Eclipse has been regularly updated and meticulously maintained, remains in “like new condition”, and is well equipped with equipment and electronics for comfortable long-range cruising. Most of the boat systems have been upgraded and replaced with the result that Eclipse remains an exceptional Mason 44 and is ready for a circumnavigation.
Update–March 1, 2015–Eclipse is currently being prepared to be transported from the Panama Canal to the USA and is unavailable for inspection. This post will be updated when the boat arrives in the USA.
Update–August 15, 2015–Eclipse has been sailed to the USA from Panama and is on the hard in Deale, MD which is about 30 miles south of Annapolis, MD on the west shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Eclipse has been winterized and is available for inspection.
